I have rented vehicles from other companies before, and driven through tolls with no problems. I rented a car from Alamo, and used my EZ pass for a long distance drive. I have received more than ten letters from Alamo stating that they are taking money from my account for unpaid tolls, even though I used my EZ pass. Two months later they are still writing letters to me. Why has this never happened with to me with any other car rental company? One star is too much

Wonderful service.  They dealt with me at my worst when I was stressed and in the middle of moving, and they were great.
