Excellent customer service. I want to compliment Jeanette and mohammed who provided excellent customer service. They were polite and friendly. They tried to arrange things according to my convenience even though it meant for them to spend lot of extra time for me. I will definitely rent a car from them next time

Other National Car locations have always had upgrades on the emerald isle, not here. A full row of 2 cars in different colors. Mine had pretty dirty windows inside and out. The pack of smokes left for me would have been nice if I smoked, ironically it's a non-smoking car. Just not up to par with the other locations I have rented from.

My family & I were very pleased with the experience using Emerald Aisle. We showed up and expected a decent size 4 door and they suggested the 4 door 2018 Hemi Charger R/T.. Of course I was happy, but the family was as well with it being very spacious. National has always been very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.

my only issue was the fact that although we reserves a mini-van out attendant required us to prove it. suppose I did not thins a copy of the reservation? She confirmed the reservation and found us a car and had the staff clean it out? Although I by-passed the counter, the process was too long. This is not the attendant's issue, it is a National corporate one. she was courteous and helpful

It was pretty busy and it could use more people at the counter, but no issues with service or cars, I got my paperwork done promptly and everyone was helpful
