I rarely leave reviews or feedback but this time i must.  I had the absolute best experience.  The van driver (Marilyn) was so incredibly nice to and from airport.  The agent at the desk was fast, not pushy at all and very helpful, and the car was perfect for our needs.    Returning was a breeze and again everything was like clockwork.  Without hesitation I say this was my over all best experience renting a car.  Well done.

Despite LGA being a nightmare due to construction, this was one of the smoothest car rental experiences I've ever had.  It started with the shuttle drivers and everyone else in-between. The only thing stopping a 5 start rating was that I asked the person helping me at the rental counter about tolls and if Enterprise charged any service fees for "cashless" tolls.  I was told I would only be charged the fees from the toll agency.  I got a bill with extra fees charged by Enterprise, but a quick call to their customer service took care of the fee.  Excellent customer service and the car was in great shape.  I will definitely rent from them again.

Excellent service by the manager there, Jason (I believe that was his name), as well as all the staff! True professional, and was incredibly nice. They were able to upgrade me to a nicer rental (a class or 2 up) than what I requested. I will most definitely be returning for my next car rental needs.

Renting is easy (if you have a reservation at least)
Staff was great as well

Car was clean, gassed up, and ready to roll

My only complaint about Enterprise (not just this location) is that I rent 30-35 weeks a year, and only get 4 upgrades in that period (a certificate via email).  Sometimes I get an upgrade because my class of car isn't available  of course.  
But the next competitive company gives me a 2 class upgrade (because of my status) on every rental...

I like Enterprise - I like their prices, and reward program - and that is the reason I stick with them.

Not bad but compared to Hertz, Enterprise lacks when it comes to the military discount, having to book through another 3rd party just to get the discount instead of just show id like Hertz does is extra for no reason so I’ll go with Hertz. Problem number two bringing the car back in the morning but wanted to extend the day and bring the car back in the afternoon, that would be an extra $100 bucks just to extend the day lol Enterprise is bugging. I could get another rental for two more days for that $100 bucks so just two minor issues Enterprise might want to look into. If they would’ve said $50 bucks to bring the car back later on in the day then we would’ve had a deal but $100 is overkill for no reason so peace out Enterprise I’ll stick with Hertz. Less hassle.
