I had to wait over an hour for the truck I booked because there was only one person working at the time. Then I was given a vehicle that had commercial plates, which meant that I could not get on the parkways with it. I had to take the longer way and buy more gas. In addition, the girl that finally helped me, didn't inform me that I could pay for extra miles at a discounted rate and get refunded if I didn't use it. When I came back to return the van, the agent told me that I had to pay extra fees because I went over the allotted miles. He then ask, why didn't I take the option to pay ahead and then get refunded. I explained to him that option was never offered to me. He apologize, and worked with me on the rate.

These guys rock. Top customer service, quality, and pricing. They were more than helpful, polite and HONEST ! I had made a mistake that would have cost me several hundred dollars, but the young woman stood by what she had originally quoted me. Much respect for that kind of integrity in this day in age. That is what makes lifelong customers, and I will definitely be using U-Save's service again !

Rented a M/Benz Sprinter 15 passenger van. The van was spotless,clean inside and no smell. The reservation service online was easy and the people are very personal. The windows were also clean. We did a walk around inspection and there were very few places in the Black Van. We also rented a cooler and it was clean. This place is close to the airport and lots of places to buy supplies and to refuel. The mileage was over 16 mpg, almost unbelievable. Easy to drive and easy to find controls.

Amazing Experience and customer Service people were polite and understanding did not brush you off as jist another customer. Chris did an amazing job inspecting the vehicle abd govong us great advices on where to go will definitely do business with them again. Worth every penny.
