WOST customer service. I called about a debit card. They assured me if I showed my return flight it wouldn't be a problem. I printed the email and car reservation I made. Got there waited an hour in line because barely anyone was working. They refused me a car after I showed them an email from someone in that office. Told me they couldn't do anything and basically stranded me there. Worst service I have ever experienced.

. The service was very good! I wasn't expecting much after reading these reviews. The bus that supposed to pick you up wasn't there for a while came later than all the other rental car buses. That would be my only problem that day. When I got to the counter it went quickly The line was short and they ended up giving me the wrong car by mistake. However I paid for a lesser car and end up getting a better car so when I was checking out the girl told me to come back and get the paper for the correct car. Apparently they  Park at the wrong car at the spot they told me to pick up the car. Instead of me coming back to the counter and getting paperwork for the correct car the employee was able to do it for me and brought the correct paperwork to the car. They were very considerate since I already had my car seat installed in the car and then make me switch to a different car. Also when I was bringing the car back the guy checking me and was very nice and gave me extra time to get my son who was sleeping inside to get them out. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I've been trying to get a refund for an overcharge that was caused by an error in Budget's internal system for over two months. I've had to contact the corporate customer service department at least once a week because the individuals I've spoken to simply haven't been able to follow through with their requests. Would NEVER recommend using this rental company.

They did not had a line, I was in and out. Took 2 shuttles to the airline. Lost my phone and upon returning found it inside my car. The car was already cleaned, they have honest staff there. Thank you for the quick service and for being honest.

Affordable prices but I just hope they had better cars and more options to choose from. Sometimes you might have to wait to get a car that you reserved online which can be very annoying. Otherwise service is very good.
