Although the people who work there were very friendly and accommodating, it still took about an hour to get my car. I believe they can only process one client at a time, which is what took so long. This could be becaus they are located in a hotel lobby and not a stand alone shop. 
They did give me a beautiful car because I did have to wait but I don’t know if that was worth the time I spent waiting.

I didn't like this location. The Alamo in West Palm Beach near the airport is way better and friendly. The only good customer service I received was when I returned the car. Never again at this location!

The worst experience with car renting company ever. I have reserved 4-door car, but when I come to branch only 3-door car was offered to me for the same price. Then they offered Ford Mustang to me instead for 300 USD. I said ok, but on the invoice was 500 USD. They said that 200 USD is for mandatory insurance, but they forgot to mention to me before. I ran out of the branch, however they deducted 500 USD from my credit card even I have not borrowed any car or signed anything. It has been almost one month and they have not returned me these 500 USD. This behavior is unacceptable. AA = Avoid Alamo.

Well, stay away from this car rental, they are so slooow. I booked online, gave all my informations to have a fast service but even that way I had to wait over an hour and a half to get my car.. They don't even have what they say.. I am really disappointed, if I knew I wouldn't have rented anything with Alamo car renting, They are the worse.

Jose looked after my wife and i very well. Although they were swamped with customers and a car couldn't be made available on the spot, when we returned a couple of hours later Jose upgraded us to a nice family sized sedan, with fuel, and late return allowance. It pays off to be patient and loyal. Very happy with Alamo service. Jose is a very hard working operator. Thank you!
