Couldn't have asked for better service- Mahara helped us. She got us a very nice car (upgraded!) and served us really quickly.  We would definitely recommend Sixt because of the excellent help we were given.

Rented a car for one day. Arrived at Miami downtown branch with a prepaid vouchure.
50 minutes waiting in line. Then 15 minutes processing. Then another 25 minutes waiting for a car! To be washed and cleaned. Aparently when you rent a car for 24 hours, lets say 0800 till 0800 next day, and arrive later because you only need the car for few hours, the car is not there! They give it to someone else, although you already payed for it. And you wait for another car to be prepared for you.
Summary: you rent a car, prepaid, for 24 hours - and the car does not wait for you, you wait for the car. Strange.

It’s my first time in Miami, Florida and I have to say Carol H, helped me a lot. Not only did she get me a good car rental price for someone younger than 25 yrs old but she gave me good spots to go to, which I really enjoyed! Thank you so much! You made my vacation better, I appreciate your help! Thanks again!

Personally I've had a great number of rental car experiences with this Sixt branch. Special thanks to Mahara and Danny both have been very helpful and understanding with my son and i during these holidays. Fernando Jessica and Juliana contributed in making our transportation a lot easier compared to other companies we've used in the past. Wish you guys the very best.
