Third time I’ve rented a car. Each time was a good experience in 3 different cities. Very polite staffs. They communicate well between businesses. What one says they will do, the next follows up accurately.

My experience this time was wonderful and the staff is great at this location. I was on vacation in Georgia and the car was giving me problems. Enterprise in Buford Georgia on 3550 Bogan Rd had no problems with helping me switch it out. I rent cars almost every month and every time my experience is good. Keep up the good job😀😀👍

My family and I rented a vehicle from Enterprise in downtown Miami and had the worst experience ever.  I reserved a vehicle several weeks prior to our vacation requesting a Grand Caravan for our family of five that we could use for a day after returning from a 7 day cruise.  When we arrived at the cruise port, we noticed several other rental car companies had shuttle vans there but Enterprise did not.  When I called Enterprise, I was told they weren't allowed at the port and only can pick up at airports so we had to hire a taxi and pay $25 for a 7 minute ride.  When we arrived at Enterprise, we had to wait over an hour for a vehicle to become ready for us and they didn't have the Grand Caravan I had originally requested.  We were put into a Buick Enclave which barely fit our luggage but we managed.  The gas tank was on empty and the vehicle was dirty inside and outside.   We only rented the vehicle for the day and dropped it off at the Fort Lauderdale airport.   Several weeks later, my husband received a call that the vehicle was missing but they would investigate.   Thankfully it was found. This entire experience was the worst ever and we will never rent from Enterprise in Miami again.

Amazing customer service every time!! Al and Victor are great! Very professional and friendly! Im always treated like a VIP when i go here!! I won't ever go anywhere else!!
