The wiper fluid was not filled when I picked up the car and didn't find that out until I tried to use it and my windows became so blurred that I had to pull off the 4 lane highway and wipe down with Kleenex. Also the engine light came on and off during the 2 days I had the car so that I was not sure I would be able to get back. Usually very satisfied with Enterprise but the Miami office didn't seem to care. Also I still haven't gotten any charge for the "toll" roads down there that she said "will be charged separate". Don't have a clue how much extra that's going to be from the quoted "deal" price I got for the car.

We had a really great experience renting here in downtown Miami.  The staff was very helpful and courteous and handled the busy office very well.  We love Enterprise and will continue to use them for all our car rental needs.

I came to this office again to rent after I had a bad experience in the past month ago and surprised that this time there were a new team completely better, it was a great welcome and professional behavior from Camila and Naly, they were very fast to response and very quick to do the job in a perfect manner..!!!

Also I appreciate the owner quick response and action for the previous issue that he brought this new great team.

I will recommend everyone to use this renting office with this great new team and thier excellent service...Thanks you.

They absolutely duped me into thinking that collision coverage was required! IT WAS NOT. It nearly doubled the price of my rental and when I asked for a refund they basically told me I’m screwed! I am so beyond displeased with this place! The workers were nice but they definitely 100% are not there to help you understand your best options- I feel cheated!

I just want to give a shout out to Camila and Matias at this location. I rented a car here last minute on a super busy weekend in Miami (Ultra + Spring Break). I did have to wait a bit because there were a lot of people renting and returning cars, but they were both incredibly helpful, friendly and professional despite being just the two of them and being really, really busy.
