This was a truly awful experience.  We waited 45 minutes in the hot sun for the shuttle to arrive.  It then dropped us half a block from the office and we had to drag our bags there.  There was no preferred counter or option, so we had to wait in line for half an hour to get serviced.  The check in process went quickly, but the it took 15 minutes for them to get the car ready.  What a waste of time that could have been used much more effectively.  I would not rent again from this location.  Since it is the only one with a shuttle from the cruise terminal, I may need to try another car company next time my cruise ends in Miami.

I tried this location out because it was the closest to the port without having a drop off fee and they offered a shuttle to the port. Which I am truly grateful for. However, the vehicle was not clean. SO GLAD I was just taking it to the airport in Ft. Lauderdale the same day. I'm a National Car rental girl and I guess I will stay that way. One of the ladies inside is the only reason I would go back. But not enough for me to rent there again. Sorry!
There is also no good way to get in touch with them when you are waiting at the port in the heat to find out where the one and only shuttle is coming. Not good!

Once the shuttle got me from the port everything went very quickly. Make sure you sign up for their membership so you don't need to fill out all the paperwork.

Worst experience...they were closed even before their regular business hours..so they ruined our vacation...very poor service of customer care service people...i ll never go for this company again...

You will not get your car in this rental. They don't even deserve one star. Employees give you the feeling that they are doing a favor for you, and they don't care if you walk out, and wont hesitate to laugh on your back when you walk out. Do not waste your time, just walk next door to budget or Alamo - get your car and be at peace.
