I appreciate the upgrade but the car smelled like skunk. No one wanted to go for a ride. Quick Check out served no purpose. 25 min wasted at check out. Giving 3 stars on best price.

Place offered "discounts" through priceline, paid the down payment and the next day we got there and had to pick up at 6pm. Arrived at 5:15 and took until 6:30 needed a extra major credit card and we opted to choose another option bc the car rented wasnt available. We had $520 withdrawn from our account and had to wait 5 days for the refund. Huge headache and waste of time.

Car was a Buick which was ok but not great    Took forever to find where they hide the USB ports. Processing in and out was ok.  Don’t see the point in registration online when they don’t use it at the counter.   They give you the high pressure tactics to use there insurance when I already answered that all online.

Alamo has now emailed me twice to provide feedback on my experience (July 18, 2017 3pm)...well, I'll let them know. However, they might not be happy. Initial reservation was fine, actually getting the car and returning the car I experienced very helpful people. But the woman at the counter that checked me in...that's another story. Immediately upon walking up, I could sense that I was taking the representative away from something else she would rather be doing, even though there were no other customers. There was nothing friendly about this person. She didn't explain any of what I was initialing and signing. But my favorite part was the end - she told me to go out in the garage and get my car. I turned and pointed outside saying "so right in there?" She said yea and then turned and mumbled under her breath. I began to turn away and realized she had issues with my question. I turned around and asked, "I'm sorry, did you say something?" She said "No" I asked "Are you sure, because it sure sounded like you had something to say". She said "No" again and turned away. I left there thinking, is this what folks are like in Huntsville? No there not, but SHE needs remedial training in customer service. Although, I don't think you can change her attitude with training.

Well, Alamo, you asked and I provided. I would definitely use Alamo again. Just look out for my friend at the reception counter.
