I LOVE RENTING HERE!! I only come to the Bob Wallace location. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone is always so kind and the second time I rented (just this past Friday!) I got a free upgrade and I fell in love with it. Plus their young renters fee is only 20 dollars a day! That’s wayyy cheaper than the other companies. Best service all around! Hands down the best company to rent a car through!

I was in a car accident and was hit by a man who was insured by state farm. The accident happened around 6 pm on a Sunday. Enterprise was on the phone calling me by 9am the next morning. When I got to enterprise I was immediately greeted at the front door and the person who greeted us immediately knew who we were and took us directly to the correct agent. All he did was make a copy of my license and my insurance card. He already had our paperwork printed out and I signed my name a few times and we went out and did a walk around inspection of the car and he handed me the keys and I was on my way. I was there definitely less than 5 minutes and was put in a very nice 2017 Toyota camry. These guys are very professional and have customer service next to no one. Every company that deals with customers face to face needs to go deal with these guys and get their customer service up to Enterprises quality and they will have a great head start on having a very successful business. I wish every business was blessed to have customer service this great and I wish I could give them a extra star because they are far beyond average and fall into the awesome category.

My car was in the shop at Jerry Damson and they had no rentals available. They recommended I try Enterprise which was close by. I looked them up on the internet to check prices and saw an advertisement on the Enterprise web site for a 12.99/day weekend rate.  The website said “Get away this weekend in a rental at a great daily rate starting at $12.99”.  Evidentially, the key word there is “starting at” because when I called, the price they gave me was $247.36 for the weekend. This is far from $12.99; in fact, it is 77.98/day. To me, this is false advertising and reason enough for me to avoid them. I did ask about their weekend rate and was told that they don’t have that rate every weekend. That, of course, is their right, but their website should reflect that information.

The staff does not know their own company policies.  There was no one available to answer phone... until I arrived and found personnel was available... just unwilling to answer phone or deal with any business.  I will never use Enterprise again.

The personnel were great, especially DJ.  They delivered the car right on time and did everything they could to make the entire trip successful. Greatly appreciate their efforts.
