Monday, I reserved a car for one week with a scheduled pick-up for the yesterday at noon. Earlier this yesterday morning, I called and Enterprise and they confirmed my reservation. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I was briskly informed that because my rental was not an insurance rental, my reservation would not be honored. I asked if I could at least be put on the waiting list, but was very quickly told that since this was a non-insurance rental, they had no interest in working with me in any manner.

I love renting from here. They have great customer service and always do a great job on getting me what I need. I have rented from them for the past 3 years and we won't go nowhere else

Had insurance company reserve a vehicle while my personal car was in the shop. This branch contacted me on Wednesday telling me a vehicle would be available the next day after 12. I arived the following day and was told no car would be available until the following Monday. Absolutely terrible experience and I went up the chain all the to cooperate and left with no resolution. I will not be using any enterprise locations from this point forward. This company should be absolutely ashamed of their lack or professionalism all the way up to the national level.

I had to rent a car because I wrecked my vehicle just before leaving for a travel contract for work. This was especially inconvenient for me and a stressful experience. The ladies at this location in Cullman were especially rude, and acted as though everything was an inconvenience. They treated me as though they didn’t need my business and like I caused them
a hassle. The customer service in this location is awful, I wouldn’t recommend using them unless you had no other option. I’m not sure if Sarah, the lady I dealt with, was terribly hateful because I was using insurance, or if this is the standard for enterprise employees. I have never been treated so badly in my entire life. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU CANNOT WALK TO WHERE YOU’RE GOING!!!
