Very good location.  I reserved my vehicle on line and it was there and ready for me when I arrived.  No hard selling to upgrade or hidden costs.  I really liked the gentleman who picked me up and dropped me off after I returned my vehicle, too. He was really nice and friendly and had me smiling before I even walked in the door.  They will definitly be my choice next time I need a rental vehicle.

I had a really good experience and they were very accommodating to my needs. Britany was awesome and helped me out with everything I needed. The whole team over there was super friendly.

I was looking for a large truck to rent for the weekend and made reservations with Enterprise  Rent-A-Car online.   Good thing I called ahead to request  they pick me up (which I appreciated) because I found out they close at 6pm, the time I selected on the website for arrival.  The 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 was a great ride for the weekend.  The gas tank was only 1/4 full and I was told to return it 1/4 full.   Since it is very difficult to ensure  the tank is only 1/4 full, they did get extra gasoline from me.   I would have appreciated a policy of having the tank full and requesting I return it full. Regardless, I was very pleased with the vehicle I rented and would rent from Enterprise again.

The process was easy, the car was great, needed a little cleaning, I have to have clean cars, I let the enterprise representative talk me in to purchasing Enterprise Insurance,  glad I did has I went through a Hail storm and it did damage to the car, saved me paying a deductible on my Insurance. Definitely my rent a car company.

I always get friendly service at this place. I rent out vehicles often through them. Unfortunately the vehicle I rented this time was terrible. Other issues came about because of this and I was 10.5 hours away and due to them being busy I couldn't get anybody on the phone.I dropped the vehicle off shortly ago and they did rectify the issue and was polite about it. So I'll stand by my 4 star. I actually have 2 more reservations with them, here and one in florida coming off the plane that I didn't have to cancel and switch rental places. So it is appriated that they were polite and corrected an issue. They made every  effort for their long time customer so thx guys!
