Made reservations online prior to picking up our car and still had to wait and the only car they had available was a Kia Forte. We didn't want that one and they said it be would be 45 minutes if we wanted to wait or go the Airport to trade the Kia for another Vehicle. The car was dirty so we stopped and had it washed. The representative that checked us out was rude. I hadn't rented a car from there in long time but it was a great place rent.

My service was actually through budget but Avis and Budget has some partnership going on. Very long story short, I was charged $400 for 10 hours of horrible service. I made a reservation through Budget before my trip but when I picked up the vehicle in Atalanta I was told they needed my credit card again. I went to my account to show them I was already charged but I was told there was a new policy in affect that required me to give them my credit card once again, charging me twice.

I rented a car there two years ago. The vehicle was damaged by another driver in a parking lot on our trip. Our insurance company paid for the damage, but we got a bill for almost $1000 anyway. Attempts to communicate with the person listed on the bill were ignored and no explanations were given. My insurance company repeatedly assured me that the matter had been settled and paid. Since I got no response from JoAnna and no explanation and was told by insurance not to pay it because it was settled, I left it alone. Recently, I got a letter from a collections company. My insurance company has thankfully paid them more money but told me we would win in court if we wanted to go to court. Beware, this location has bad customer communication and engages in illegal business practices.
