I rented a car for vacation. When I picked the car up, everything went well. I retired the car and placed the keys in the drop box. I was charged for a extra day plus 2 hours at the Madison Alabama location. I called and spoke to the manager at the location and she said she would re email me another invoice. But that never happened. I need my money refunded ASAP.

Horrible! Did not honor my reservation,  gave away my premium rental.  Had to wait 2 hours while they dragged their feet getting me something comparable. Other customers just left because it took so long or they got overcharged.  My rental had electrical problems. Terrible assistant manager and staff.  Never again!!

Update - I received a broken SUV and they did NOT make it right.

This was the third time we rented from this location.  The workers and manager there are great and really work with you.  In fact, my last rental I was looking for a particular car and they went out of their way to find one.  This is my, and my families, go-to location for vehicle rentals in Huntsville, Madison.

We like renting from Enterprise, we always get nice cars. It's usually very quick to get the car and be on our way.

Good experience renting here. Service was decently quick, while rental prices were fair. Vehicle was detailed thoroughly and seemed brand new.
