I didn’t give 5 stars and here’s why...
I “reserved” a mid level SUV “in advance” online. When I arrived at the Athens office, I had to wait while the guy “checked” to see if there was a vehicle available. 
He comes back in and states “you’re in luck ... this is the last car”. ???? Last car?  I “RESERVED” in plenty of time to allow you to get an SUV there. What is the point of the reservation if you don’t get and hold the vehicle I asked for?

I've had an awful experience.  The Gentleman working there scheduled a payment date with me for a Saturday,  by Friday he was calling my phone and harassing me about payment.  I told him I didn't get paid until Saturday that's why I scheduled the payment . He said I needed to get there A.S.A.P and make a payment . I said OK i cant until Saturday, so please don't charge my account. He said OK because he didn't have my card information but then he ended up charging my card and costing me an overdraft for not having the funds. I don't understand why knowing that I scheduled a payment before hand. I had the car the following week because I needed it and I went in to make a payment and he told me to wait after standing there waiting because a couple walked in and was needin a rental .. I thought it was first come first serve? Apparently not .  I had just gotten outta work so mind you i was in work uniform . This couple was dressed classy an it made me feel like they dismissed me like I wasn't as of importance.

Been trying to call this location since yesterday around 5pm (I know they close at 6pm). Started back calling this morning at 7:30am and it's 2:47pm on the same day and I have yet to get someone on the phone. I guess I will have to go by there in person.

They had me in and out quickly. Drop off was just as quick. It was slightly confusing as I've never rented a vehicle before. The employee working with me seemed to assume I knew everything going on and I had to slow her down to ask questions.
