I was not explained how the tolls work in MA, therefore I just got 50 dollars fee+fine after one month, if the employee would avoid making jokes about pasta (I am italian) and explain properly how things work to a foreigner would be definitely better

Great customer service, lots of smile and quick service. We decided very late to rent cars for the week of 4th July holiday. Most places were sold out or their prices were prohibitive. However, this location thanks to Ms. Malyun, (lady at the front desk) we were able to get 2-new camrey’s with less than 10k mileage and very reasonable price. She is the best and we will be definitely going back to do business again.

I live in the Boston area and do not own a car. I rent from this location at least twice a month. I have been doing this for more than 3 years. I used to rent at the airport but prefer this location. The price is always competitive,

The service people are friendly and courteous. I generally get the car I requested. Only complaint is that sometime, about one in four times, the car  has not been thoroughly washed. 

I plan to continue to rent here as long as I do not own a car

THIS LOCATION DOES NOT HONOR COMPANY POLICY!! My Fiancé, who is a member of their Blue Chip Program, reserved a car on a Tuesday for this location. We have previously rented from the airport location USING A DEBIT CARD WITH NO ISSUE! Upon arriving at this location, the woman at the front desk tells him that he cannot use a debit card. Now, this is a complete surprise, since I personally checked their debit card policy on THEIR OWN WEBSITE and it states that debit cards may be used by Thrifty Blue Chip members as long as it is on their Blue Chip profile! The woman then says she has been their 17 years and never has she seen a debit card accepted. OK..that's all fine and dandy.. BUT WHY DOES IT NOT STATE THAT ON UR OWN COMPANIES FREAKING WEBSITE!! Needless to say after much time wasted, she did absolutely NOTHING to remedy the error and I will be calling corporate, following up with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and anything else I feel is necessary!
