We rented an SUV for a 2400 mile round trip holiday excursion because we needed the space to bring a bunch of stuff back with us. The vehicle was in very good condition and clean. It was reliable throughout the whole two week trip. There were a few things we wish had been better: 1) It did not have an EZPass, which would have made the trip smoother and I've come to expect in rental cars; 2) The windshield wiper fluid was not appropriate for winter and froze on impact; 3) The windshield wipers themselves rather desperately needed to be replaced. Other than that, good vehicle, excellent service, and couldn't beat the price.

I've rented a car for a week on the Cape several years in a row from Enterprise in Cambridge and have always been satisfied with the service and the car. No complaints.

Always great experience and I would say even excitement for getting a clean, nice car. Guys are always fun, polite and helpful. Always would try to find best affordable solution for you. I have tried several other companies when I just arrived to Boston an it was a big headache. Thanks guys, looking forward for the next time!

Something has gone wrong at Enterprise. I normally take the train from Logan Airport to rent at this location due to the lower prices. However, tried to book this June and found the prices about $100 higher than the Airport so will not be renting with them anymore. Someone from Enterprise would always pick me up so only had to take the Silver Line from airport with transfer to Red Line. However, why go through that when you can not get a lower rate at the Airport. I got a rate of $315 per week on Priceline for a June week rental with Avis for a Ford Escape. The Fresh Pond Enterprise was about $100 higher at $396 for a small 2 door subcompact.

My order was for an Economy car was not available and the car they provided was a Chevy Impala; outside/inside car was dirty and cruise control did not work! I was not happy.
