This Is one of the best computer stores! Great selection of product, good stock quantities and the STAFF! Absolutely top-notch! Seriously, they have some of the most knowledgeable and helpful staff I have ever experienced. I would absolutely recommend this store for your local computer needs!

Everyone at Altex is extremely helpful and nice. I brought my computer in, not knowing what was wrong with it, and they helped me troubleshoot the issue very quickly. They were able to get my data off my computer in case it crashes and also got it up and running again. Shout out to Jason who helped us, he’s great. Great prices, great customer service - highly recommend! We’ll be back!

Great Place! Prices are typically competitive or better than the competition. Their stock on hand may not be as deep or wide, but neither is their BS. What you're really getting is old fashioned  knowledge and understanding from your salesperson.

Pro:
The place was nice and tidy, the staff was nice, and it was easy to find.
Con:
Prices were definitely marked up. They were selling a G4500, not a G4560, for $80? Also a 750ti for $140???? It's 2017, you can often purchase a 1050ti for $140, and always a 1050 for less than that.

Store wasn't very well stocked, a lot of empty shelves.

Store doesn't price match either.

Conclusion:
I would give it a 2.5 starts if I could, but definitely not 3. I would go here if I needed a part RIGHT NOW and if it was cheaper than the Fry's up the street, which it probably wouldn't be. They definitely need to re-adjust their pricing or at least price match. I was hoping to find a neat place that had deals here and there, but I just found a place that wants to hike up prices on a lot of items to try to make a little extra overhead.

couldnt find some cables that i needed for my old dinosaur point of sale system to work - so drew at alltech just made them or me and they worked - YAY!
