Absolutely the best customer service.  I had a small concern/issue and Dillon insured my concern was taken care of.  He took the time to verify that no other issues were present and insured I was happy with my purchase.  I am definitely returning for future purchases and would recommend others to shop here also.

Excellent products at excellent prices. Used products are their forte. Technicians go over and beyond the call of duty to serve their customers. Special kudos to Chris Brown and Joe, both in Internet Sales. I had an issue with a used computer I bought last summer, almost 6 months ago. Their 1 year warranty covered it, even though most other computer companies would have laughed at my request for coverage. Joe and Chris stuck with me through multiple difficulties. I'm sure they are sick of hearing from me but their cheerful attitudes don't give it away. And their excellent shipping department means that I still shop there even though they don't have a San Antonio store anymore.

I can't say thank you enough to Matt at the Anderson Lane store. He answered all my questions, gave me additional information that was needed, and provided excellent service. I bought a desk top and laptop at an awesome price. Since I live in the country with only satellite available, downloads can take FOREVER. Matt was kind enough to assist in that as well. This is my second time shopping at this store and will only shop at this store because of my great experiences. Thanks Matt and team.!

I love this place!  I've bought a few computers here and am always happy with what I get.  BUT I love the customer service, especially at the repairs desk!!  Matt and Fernando worked on my computer today to get it up and running again during a very busy season for my business!  They were friendly and personable and didn't give up until they had solved the problem.  Top notch people!!

We went by here about 2-3 days ago and thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. We came to diagnose a laptop and their cost to diagnose is super reasonable at $50, with that charge being put towards repair costs. I ended up walking out with another great computer at a very reasonable price thanks to their setup. One of their attendants Bryan was super helpful as well as fun to talk to. Brand selection is a tad limited as they bulk buy from businesses and end up having almost all Dell branded equipment, but I would definitely come back here as well as recommend this place to others for future computer repair and  other needs!
