I recently had some trouble with a receiver and took it in to Bond's to get it repaired. There were complications with communication and needless to say I couldn't get the receiver repaired.  

I got a call about 3 weeks later from the owner of the company apologizing for the inconvenience. He refunded me the $75 deposit fee and explained what went wrong with in the shop. 

I really am blown away by the service that this company offers, if I ever had any problems with Best Buy or any of the other big box stores I would never get a call back from the owner wanting to make the past transaction right. 

Bond's is a respectable establishment with real people that want to help and serve you, I was treated with dignity and respect. I'm very thankful that I took my business to this company after all!

these other star ratings ar BS.. i called to ask if they have portable lcd's and David rudely answered JUST TV's.. well then take the words "AND Electronics out of the title

I would not take my TV repairs anywhere but Bond's.  We have had to visit them twice with TVs and both visit exceeded our expectations for customer service.  Our second trip was disappointing at first as the TV reverted to its "broken" state as soon as we got it home.  One call to Mr. Bond and another trip with the unit back to the shop and the TV was fixed good as new at no additional charge.  It might have been a pain to take the TV back the second time, but worth it just to experience what great customer service is supposed to be!  Thank you Bond's for not ignoring service in this impersonal, fast-paced world we live in.

If google had a 6 star rating, I would give it to Bond's tv. I took my samsung dlp tv in because the previous bulb burned out and cracked. Bond's tv quickly addressed the problem and gave me an amazing deal on a new dlp bulb. I was able to watch a movie in their custom theatre while I waited. The service was quick and they allowed me to test my tv out before I left. I would recommend Bond's tv to anybody with tv/entertainment needs. Repair and Sales.

Needed to replace a lamp in our older rear-projection TV. They handled it all, and when the notice kept coming up on the TV later in the week, one phone call to Bond's was all that it took to solve. We no longer had the manual for the TV...they took the time to look it up, get it, research the solution, and email it to us--with a follow up phone call. Solved it! Can't ask for better service than that. Plus we found out that they will meet or beat any big box store price on electronics!!! And they are LOCAL.
