This place is so great. I came in looking for one couch, found it pretty quickly, and then wound up buying a different one because the choice of selection is so amazing. Delivery was quick and the charge wasn't too bad. Matt was so wonderful, he made me feel sure I was getting the best deal and even helped me to decide between the two options. Thank you so much for your help, Matt! I love the sofa and ottoman!

Was looking for a particular type of living room furniture, and they allowed me to bring dog in to help with selection process. My sales rep was exceedingly patient and helpful, and we put the item on lay away for two weeks. She even gave my dog a stuffed tiger toy that he is still thrilled with. When I picked the chair up, the young man who loaded it onto my pickup was helpful, cheerful, and gave me tips on tying it down. Will definitely be back!

American Furniture “Empty” Warehouse should be the name of this place 80% of their furniture is out of stock. If you can’t keep good inventory then get it off the sales floor and buy from suppliers that can meet demand. I have purchased many times from these folks and was about to do it again however every single item we liked was not available. Here’s an idea instead of hiring 50 salespeople hire 20 and find a decent inventory specialist...

This company is a complete joke. They give America a bad name and should change theirs to Criminal Furniture Warehouse. I had to pick up merchandise (800$ dining room set) with my own vehicle because there were no delivery trucks on site at the Colorado Springs store. When I unboxed the table it was severely damaged, they scheduled a replacement to be delivered a few days later. They screwed up the delivery and drove my table back up to Denver before the time period they said they were going to deliver even began! After tireless battles with representatives from the corporate office they made no effort to correct their mistake and essentially said tough luck it will be delivered in another four days. Do not support this business as they operate with no standards, there are plenty of other places to buy furniture. Save yourselves the hassle and stress and pretend you have never seen their stupid commercials, the letters in the mail and the big buildings with their logo on the side. Forget this company exists. To the person from the company reading this review, here's a taste of your own medicine... F*** you. I returned it and took my business elsewhere.

Ordered a coffee table when I went to pick it up, it was in a box. I went back inside to read the sign on the table. Nowhere does it say assembly is required. I would not have bought that table if I knew I had to put it together myself. It was not in the ready to assemble area either. I paid a ton of money so I wouldn't have to assemble it myself it was the whole point of going to American Furniture Warehouse. No one was willing to help or listen to my concern regarding this. I will not be shopping there again due to the way this was handled. If you do, make sure you ask tons of questions because you may not be getting what you pay for.
