Having previously shopped at La Z Boy, for a recliner, and being thoroughly pleased with our “Crandall” recliner, we had no hesitation returning to La Z Boy to look for a sofa.
  As we walked in, we knew what we were looking for, a sofa with a right seated chaise. Upon walking in to the La Z Boy showroom, we were greeted by Sandy, and asked if we would like some help. We replied that we would appreciate her help, and Sandy proceeded to show us options. The sofa we really loved was too big for our space, and Sandy then showed us a great option for our space.
  We love the sofa we purchased! We completed the transaction quickly, and easily, and are now looking forward to the delivery of our new sofa!
  We will be back when we move to a larger house for the sofa we loved, but had to leave behind!!

We had a very positive experience. Reginald was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with; the right amount of salesmanship without being overbearing. Great selection and value. Highly recommended!

Wanted to share my experience with this store. Simply the best! We purchased a new couch and love seat from Laura, our sales associate. She was very helpful in providing us with many options. After the furniture arrived, it was delivered by their crew. They were so very nice, professional and very careful in how they moved in the furniture. They showed us how everything worked and was thorough in in making sure we were happy. As fate would have it, 6 hours later a motor stopped working. I called and spoke with Laura who I know was surprised as I was. She transferred me to service. I spoke with Mallory, head of their service department and she was simply amazing. She is a rockstar in customer service!  She made arrangements for their service tech to come to my home a few days later, replaced it, and he too was polite, professional, helpful, and enjoyable to talk with. I am sure there are those that would be upset with a motor that went out on a brand new product, but if that is the case they need to get a life. Machines break and they can be fixed and there are more important things to be concerned about in life than a broken motor on your new LAZY BOY...that you get to relax in. It's not what happens in life that bother us, its our perception in what happens and how we choose to react or chose to be part of the solution. It is also how a company responds to managing a challenging situation that sets our expectations. This store deserves 6 stars. I could not be happier with my purchase and the people behind it. I am going to buy from them again and will tell all my friends this story.

Outstanding service. Not pushy. Mark Calvert was great for their sales department. They even sent out a design consultant for free to measure everything to ensure the new furnishings would fit.

Sandy was extremely helpful answering all of our questions and explaining everything very clearly. She was very easy to interact with. It was a pleasure doing business with her.
