It actually is much, much less than one star!!! We found what we wanted while browsing, came back a couple of days later to find a employee party of ad sitting on their asses lounging! Come on! Really!?!.... So, the wife and u still loved the piece that we picked out, we located the furniture that we wanted and waited a few moments for aomeone to assist us. That did NOT happen. I had to ask someone to help us buy a piece of furniture. I have looked at the other reviews and agree with a few if them, everything you want or need at good price but... The service is in great need of improving! RYAN FOWLER... a manager of sorts told us we would have it within 14 days, just for US to call ask the status of our order just to be told he could NOT get it from manufacturer... $800 cash, we spent on this one piece, then to do the foot work after the fact, with great difficulty!, to find out we won't be getting a new piece but a comp of $200 ooff the flour model!.... Are you kidding me!... If you are a smart shopper as I believe my wife and to be, shop around, find what you like and want, just DON'T do it at Furniture Row!

We just purchased a sofa from Sofa Mart and Troy was our salesman. Troy was knowledgable and very helpful when it came to our needs in a couch. The store could improve on their signage. I think it would be helpful to show the total price of the sectional as laid out on the sales floor as well as how much each section costs if you want to mix and match pieces. At other stores, if I liked what was featured on the floor I would want to know how much for everything and then see an itemized list of each piece to know what I am getting. Another thing that would be helpful is if each couch had whether it was made from real or faux leather or what material is used. My husband would say he liked a couch and then Troy would tell us it wasn’t real leather (which is great that Troy was knowledgeable) but would have been nice to just eliminate that couch based on the signage. I would definitely recommend this place to friends looking for good quality furniture with great warranties!

Love the selection but this could not be in a more inconvenient place. They made a mistake on my delivery which sucked but they made it right the next day.

Great furniture company in Colorado. They were everything your home could need. Unbelievable the choice of couches,beds,mattresses this place have.

The bedroom furniture is cheaply made and way over priced.  I will not be shopping there again.  Employees were friendly and not pushy.
