I had a problematic order with Beach Camera as described below. However, the company has reached out to me, and I will further revise this review as that effort plays out.

I purchased a $2600 camera package from Beach Camera through Amazon. It came missing a lens valued at $900. The lens was marked back-ordered on the invoice despite the amazon listing as "in-stock." I was promised it would be shipped to me in a couple of weeks. Seven weeks after the order was placed, I was refunded for the lens. 

The most disappointed part for me, Beach Camera was still selling the same camera package and the individual lens on Amazon and their website. Throughout my entire wait, these items were marked "in-stock," yet their customer service insisted the lens was not available. 

All that being said, Beach Camera seems to be trying to make this situation right and acknowledges a problem with their listing/inventory process. I appreciate the effort.

I'm totally blown away how well there customer service and sales Staff are at Beach Camera. I bought a Phantom 4 Drone and it had a minor factory issue. When I called Beach I thought after having this for the past 30 days it was going to be a return problem. They asked me if I would like an exchange or refund and they would pay for the return. I was refunded full amount of money and bought a Mavic Drone instead from them . It arrived  the next morning to my door. They called me to be make sure I was pleased with the new drone . Honestly, it's the best company I've ever worked with in my 25 years of photography . I would highly recommend  Beach Camera to all my friends and pass this on to everyone . Thank you Beach Camera and especially Ray who took care of me !! I look forward to future purchases with you,

I purchase a Nikon D3400 DSLR Camera bundle for my son's birthday. The best price around for the bundle. The ordering was easy and the camera arrived when promised. I would definitely buy from Beach Camera.
