Friendly staff and they were nice enough to deliver my TV that didn't fit into my car during the store pickup. Their inventory wasn't great but anyway once you order online store pickup should be possible. So it doesn't matter I guess. And best buy matched and gave better prices than any other store online. Good deal overall.

Went to look at 75in Samsung TVs. The guy working there was friendly but recommended I go purchase online since they had nothing in stock on the deal I wanted. I purchased online and my wife took tome away from work to wait for it to come only for it to not show up (no call, nothing) thought that was odd, so called and rescheduled. They said they would come again on 4/5 around 12-4 and again no call, no show. I called back and they said they were “confused” and hung up on me after placing me on a long hold... Very unprofessional. I called back and cancelled. I couldn’t leave a review on the online store so I’m leaving it here. Employees at Best Buy were helpful but DO NOT order online with free delivery. It won’t come!

Be very aware of the recently carried out policy that bans customers that Best Buy suspects as habitual returners from returning and exchanging. Sometime you could ended up with ban for buying five phone cases and returning two spare used ones. They won't tell you what's wrong with you historical transactions, simply directed you to a third party 'Equal Retailer' with no response after many calls. Actually I'm okay with that Best Buy pulls back their 15 days return policy even with receipt, but Best Buy, you SHOULD tell the customer when they make the transactions that their transactions are NOT allowed for return/exchange/refund!!!!! So they can avoid doing business with you, and they can switch to other retailers. You can't just post your 15 days return policy on the wall and website, and when customer tried to return products following the policy, and suddenly you tell them they are banned from returning, it's unfair. You play a trick but eventually it will hurts you and the relationship with customers, and creep them out.

They've handled returns for me, when I bought at different stores, hassle-free. They have all of the fancy, new display gadgets that you could ever expect them to have. The only problem was I had difficulty getting anybody's attention on the day of the iPhone X release. I wasn't interested in getting the particular phone. All phone reps were busy. I wound up leaving empty-handed after waiting for half an hour.

Great place for technology and overall a great environment. Sales people can be forceful in selling geek squad protection and credit cards but that's alright. I usually get what I came in for and am helped by knowledgeable people.
