Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Horrible service. This location has the rudest employees. Love the food just wish I could get it without the attitude and careless mistakes.

I pulled up to the drive thru window, i was asked to hold so i said yes, a few seconds later i was rudely asked to please hold. I ordered a classic roast beef n cheddar meal and a french dip and swiss meal. I was then asked if i wanted swiss cheese on my french dip and swiss sandwich and after restating over and over that yes i wanted the classic number 7 i finally was able to move on with my order. I got two dr peppers with no ice. I got to the window and was told my total was 15 dollars and some change. I was handed back 2 dollar bills and THREE DOLLARS IN QUARTERS.  I was a little frustrated but i wasn't going to get upset over some change. I then got my bag of food. I looked inside to discover one of my sides of fries was completely upside down as if it was intentional.  I then got my drinks and they had ice so i told the employee that i asked for no ice. I was then handed two pepsi's instead of dr peppers. Then i was asked if i wanted the "are juice" (im assuming she was trying to say au jus) so i ordered a french dip and swiss and was asked if i wanted the swiss cheese AND the au ju (the two things that make the french dip and swiss different from just a plain roast beef sandwich). I really like arbys food but this service was ridiculous.  I feel as if my 5 year old could have given better service than what i received tonight. Very dissatisfied.

Fries had a black hair in them yuck!
Woman had an attitude! Need a whole new creew they should all get fired, came here earlier and this woman she rudely interrupting  us while she was taking our order just kept saying hold on go ahead hold on also took forever to even come on speaker she was to busy talking to some one else! Then on top of all that she didn't give me my drink and tried making us pay for it again like lady i just left and here's the receipt! If everyone gets fired and new people bet yall would get more business. And they kept telling me the icecream was down for few days now so haven't been able to get any! Horrible service!

The Greek Gyro was tasty, and the curly fries were hot and crispy. Place was nice and clean, as well as the restroom. Staff was friendly.

Clean and friendly but the drink machine was down and their computer system saw my debit/ credit card as a gift card and wouldn't let me use it. Food was delicious.
