I bring out-of-town friends to Memphis BBQ often. The food has always been delicious and I've never had bad service. I came tonight as part of fairly large group. Our waitress was Lauren. She was professional and personable - and has excellent hearing! Throughout our meal she made sure we had everything we needed and refilled drinks before we knew we would need them and she always had a smile on her face. I would just like commend Lauren for excellent service for our large table. I know she had other tables to wait on, but she made us feel that we her only table. Thank-you so much Lauren!

Love this place and went twice during my visit to Memphis, glad I found it. Very friendly service and EXCELLENT food. Do not turn down the pork rinds and if you want a hotter BBQ sauce ask for the "S quelling like a Pig" hot sauce, thank me later!

We stopped by for lunch. We had read the overwhelmingly positive reviews online and were eager to try several items off of the menu. We arrived thirty minutes after the restaurant opened and we were literally the only people in the entire restaurant. Our waitress was friendly and in a good mood. She brought us a plate of complimentary pork rinds. Normally, we do not like pork rinds, but we tried them anyway; they were crunchy and flavorful. Unfortunately, the pork rinds were the best part of the meal, which isn’t saying much. The rest of the food was just OK. We had ordered several items off of the menu and none of them were nearly as good as the reviews stated. BBQ nachos? Just OK. Baby back ribs? A little on the dry side. Pulled pork? Dry as well. Perhaps we visited on an off day? We weren’t sure, but needless to say, we will not be returning.

Food was really good. Fair priced. Our waiter could have been better but my biggest complaint was the sweet tea. I have never been down south and been told that I could just add sugar to make it sweeter. Now someone please school them on the proper way to make it !!!!! Please

This place is amazing. Best food I've had in a long time. It came quickly and was hot and delicious. GET THE CHOPPED BRISKET!
