It takes two to three longer than it should to get your food. 20 - 45 min is crazy. 

I've seen people stand at the counter waiting to order for 15+ minutes. Then to wait 30 minutes to get their food for 2 people. 

If you go through the drive-thru, you are ALWAYS asked to pull into a parking space to wait for your food to come out. 

I do have to say that the food is always good and hot and their staff is always friendly and helpful.

Every order is taking at least 15 minutes to get. Standing at the counter watching the timers just keep on ticking.several are past 20 minutes. I absolutely will not come back! FYI their is only 6 people waiting on orders, they are not busy!

The actual building is super nice, but staff seemed like they could care less. Could have just been because it was slow. Food wasn't bad.

They had me pull off to the side to wait for my food then made my burger wrong. Nice, concerned staff, good food, but be prepared to check your food before you leave. 4 stars since the staff made my experience much better. I was checked on by multiple people and the woman who took my order was on top of ensuring my new order was made properly. Excellent customer service!

Completely sucks ass!! Actually I love Hardee's breakfast but this location sucks as far as service. This is the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened , running short on food and not having the thing we order after paying for them and being told to pull up then getting an attitude when I ask for refund
