I always love to eat at Texas Roadhouse. The food is always fantastic. This time for some reason they had several seats empty and were not placing customers there. Strange. Had servers all over but said they did not have enough.

Great atmosphere and great food. Love the hot bread and cinnamon butter!! Zach the bartender is awesome. This is our 3rd time here while traveling the US for our job and we are always pleased with him and the service. Happy Hour and not happy hour the prices of drinks are good. Will definitely go back there everytime we are in town or near. This Texas Roadhouse never disappoints us.

The steak was excellent. My daughter says the cool should get a raise. I loved the customer service from Dee. She was an awesome waitress.

Great steaks ask for James to prepare for ur taste. Great svc and family atmosphere. Always going back. FAVOR AMEN

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I frequent this restaurant with my family but today took me by complete surprise!!!!! I called in an order scheduled for pickup at 7:10 pm It's currently after 7:40 and STILL no food. The employees found more fun talking to each other and arguing than helping the customer. I stood there and heard them bad mouth each other instead of helping myself or other customers. One man came in and stood for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by the 5 employees standing around.He then had to ASK them to seat him. The employee said "you don't want to sit at the bar" as if she didn't want to seat him. When my food finally came the hostess said here's your order. Then when I stood there, she said "oh you want a bag" This was the by far my worst experience ever. This new nightshift/weekend manager is garbage. She was there in the midst of it all in her green shirt not correcting a thing. Instead she repeatedly spoke about an upset employee who walled out to cool off after she was told and refused to sweep around dining customers. Texas Roadhouse needs to get it together or I assure I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!!
