Sitting here now. 30 min ago they said it would be 10-15 min. Its not even busy. They manager is just walking around. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Worst experience. Arrived and we were informed they were taking cash only. Tried to order the kids apple juice and they didn't have any. There wasn't anyone in the restaurant but it still took the food a long time to come out and was not that great. Manager was very nonchalant saying "Oh there's nothing I can do." Our waitress wasn't that bad but she couldn't answer any questions. Overall I give them a F for effort.

Food taste wasn't as expected.  Very bland.  Portions were just okay.  Server did a great job.  The 18% gratuity was absolutely too much!

Not even a full star. 7pm on a Saturday night almost completely empty. I now know why. Asked if they had any 12oz. sirloins and the server said yes. Ordered med rare, brought me  two 6oz. sirloins one med, one well. Never asked how my steaks were. Dumped 2 sweet teas all down the back of my daughter and didn't even appologize. I try not to eat at applebees to begin with, but this is by far the worst location I've ever been to.

Staff was friendly and attentive in serving my group. Good was delivered at a reasonable time at ordering.
