Spent $4k on a bedroom set. When it was delivered, one of the bed drawers was not sitting right. The delivery person noted it on the receipt had said we didn't have to do anything, we would be called and a technician would come out and repair. We also found a major scratch on the finished wood inside the drawer and on the exterior of the upright drawer set. A few days went by and we heard nothing. We called Room Designs and apparently they didn't even look at the receipt where it was noted about the defect. They said we would get a replacement drawer. after numerous calls and promises, we still don't have the drawer. Two people working there named Justin and Will talked a good game but basically had no intentions of doing anything. We also found another two scratches that anyone would have complained about. After getting no where with either one of those clowns at Room Designs in Naperville, we called the Room Designs in Aurora and my wife talked to Brandon who said this was a easy fix and would take care of the problem. After sending him pictures and numerous e-mails and calls, we once again got the shaft. You are at your own risk buying furniture from this outfit and you better hope there's nothing wrong with it. We weren't making issues about petty things but rather things you wouldn't expect when you have spent $4k on furniture. No customer service and a lot of BS. It's quite obvious this is how they do their business. Just when you think you are going to get some help in the matter and talk to someone at another one of their stores, you run into Brandon at the Aurora store who did absolutely nothing but said he would take care of the problem. Don't spend a dime in this place because their service is lousy and the furniture will likely have defects when delivered!

Don't buy anything from there. They promised to delivery our bedroom furniture by 11/11/16 or 11/12/16. They wrote it on our invoice but we are still waiting for our furniture that we have paid in full. They said they cannot deliver it until it's paid in full. We have gone to the store and called numerous times about this issue. They will not provide us with the number of the delivery company they use. They promised to call me before the store closes on 11/15/16 to have delivery on 11/16/16 but they never called. I tried calling the store several times before 7:00 PM on 11/15/16 but they are avoiding my calls. This is horrible way to treat customers especially since I am over 33 weeks pregnant and my young kids and husband have no bed to sleep on. They do not care, I would recommend everyone to stay clear of this store. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. At least now I know why they are closing and have to liquidate. They take your money and give you the runaround. At least we did not order our living room and dining room furniture from this loostore. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. If I could give them negative stars I would.

My wife and I just closed on our brand new home. We shopped around many stores to furnish our home. We decided to take a look at room designs not knowing what to expect because it's a brand new store. We walked in and we were welcomed in the salesperson was friendly but not overbearing like at other stores we had been to. We enjoyed being able to look around without being stalked. When we had questions the salesperson was very informative about the products we were interested in.we purchased a beautiful bedroom set made by hooker furniture. Not only did we get a great price we had a great experience with the salesperson. We will definitely be back to buy a leather sofa we both liked. I would highly recommend room designs great price great selection of better made furniture that's built to last.

Don't buy from this place!!!! Worst service. They promised everything but at the end they take no responsibility on anything. Read everything you signed because they covered their ass to well to win any situation. This is a small store they just keep changing the name to avoid any negative feedback. Buy at Ashley or Harlem. The 5 star ratings are from paid employees. How sad it is when no real customer can give this place 2 stars. I give them 0 stars. That's why they keep going out of business.

Purchased living room and dining room furniture from here on July 30th, 2016. Sectional sofa was delivered a week later with no issue. The matching ottoman was supposed to be delivered 5-7 weeks from the purchase date. After 11.5 weeks an ottoman was delivered but it was the wrong one. The dining room table was delivered with the wrong table base mid August and I was told it would be replaced. The manager, Will, informed me that they would order the correct ottoman and have it delivered and exchanged for the incorrect one once it arrived but it would take 3-5 more weeks. I called the store after 5 more weeks and was told it would be another few weeks. Called again and was told that Will NEVER ORDERED THE CORRECTED ITEMS. Owner closed his account with the manufacturer of the sectional and ottoman and is offering no resolution for my missing product. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!
