My experience with Frank at the Ashley store in Naperville, IL was fantastic! Frank assisted me with identifying the best sectional for my needs and was very helpful throughout the entire process. He allowed me time to explore and offered thoughts and suggestions in a way that helped me in making my decision. Frank is very knowledgeable, a great communicator, and had my best interest in mind. If you are in need of furniture do yourself a favor, make the trip to see Frank and you will not be disappointed. I will be going back for my future furniture needs.

Went in to look at beds and came out with a dining room set and sectional for our new house. Moe, the salesperson and the manager went out of their way to get us a good deal. Happy with our purchase and the shopping experience so far and would definitely shop again. We shall see how shipping goes.

Al was extremely patient with my husband and I as we made decisions. He was extremely knowledgeable on the beds and was strategic about helping us decide which bed was right for us; husband has a bad back.
