I had a great experience at The Room Place. Bill Flores at the Cicero location was very helpful, and has helped my sister previously with purchasing her furniture. He showed me several bedroom sets to change my room's layout, and acknowledged the preparations I made for purchasing my furniture. He also gave me three options to help me make my choice in regards to my bedroom set, as well as my mattress. This was all while being realistic with pricing, adding discounts, and being very patient along the entire process. I will make sure to go back to The Room Place once I need new furniture once again.

The RoomPlace is part of the t big e old Harlem Furniture and prices reflect it. Go to Value City Furniture and find the sand and better for less $

I bought table and chairs from Room Place. Also I bought a insurance for this set. After 5 months all chairs is broken. When inspection man coming he told me "yes it's looking like garbage. I never  saw before this set but quality so poor. Definitely insurance will change the chairs " But now room place management told me : inspection man said everything ok , BUT we can change maybe 2 chairs. And what I should do now???I pay 1500$ + insurance.  After couple months I have a garbage. I loose my money . I am very angry and set . Never will be buy again .

The furniture and prices are great.  We've shopped several times here, however I wish the staff was a bit more courteous and professional.  Their customer service is not the best.

Look for Nick the Sales Manager. Great guy always giving me the best deals that aren't beat. I keep coming back here because of the service and variety of choices.
