I've never felt more disrespected from a store, much less from the manager before. The employees are truly a bottom of the barrel bunch. I purchased a Note 8 Privacy Glass from them, and they informed me that if it ever needs replaced just bring it in and they'll take care of it. Fantastic I thought! The time came where it needed replaced, and I called into the store to find out if they had any in stock, they claimed they did not. Being that my first experience just with buying the glass was horrible I figured I'd stop by the mall and look for myself. No surprise, they had 3 on the shelf, but just didn't feel like looking and / or replacing. I tried to have them replace it and they refused. I asked to speak to the manager and was approached by some kid who had no right to be in management in the first place, and he was just as disrespectful as the associate.

Mike is awesome! He was patient, helped me with everything despite complications, and went above and beyond. Definitely recommend him!

I walked in on a Saturday night to upgrade my phone. I wasn’t even in the door before someone was helping me. Michael S had me upgraded and out the door within 20 minutes!!!  And that was with conversation!!!  I was honestly afraid to go with the bad reviews but was beyond pleasantly surprised!!

CS reps don't want to or can't help you. Very rude and make you feel like you are imposing on them.

i wish i Could give any Lower or Negative stars for their Service.

Guy and lady didn't know how hotspot works. he was trying to sell me samsung s8, was rude and no professionalism at all.

I would not suggest anyone to go there.
I i could i will give them -10.
