Clerk was working overtime without pay and was so very nice. She even missed her bus, but we were the most important people on her mind. So refreshing to see employees who care about job and customer service.

Customer service is almost extinct these days but these young lady Claudia in The womens intimate apparel( bra dept)  went above and beyond  in helping me and many other customers today.Hopefully this JC Penney isn't closing with a good staff like this
