sales rep talked to me like i was an idiot and a child. trying to have a conversation with the guy and he wasn't really listening to what i was saying and it did not seem like we were on the same page... he did not seem interested to even trying to sell me a phone which i was fully prepared to do. a sales rep talking me out of a buy, imagine that... was at the store a week before looking for the same phone, the lady seemed like she wanted me to buy, but she wouldn't talk numbers... i asked how much would i be paying several times she would not tell me.... And both trips to Verizon they wanted to send me to best buy, persisted even, still after i told them they did not carry the phone i was looking to get because i checked before i went to the store. I would have never have gone to the Verizon store otherwise.. The LG K20, is ONLY sold by Verizon, on the website, or at a store. Nowhere else... I ended up getting it online without having to talk to anyone, so there is any business you can get done without going to the store, id recommend avoiding it unless its absolutely necessary.... And if your a prepaid "customer", you'll find out quickly their favorite phrase is "it doesn't work that way"...

Some of the rudest people I have had to deal with. They should be treating their customers like adults and not like children. They would not honor my employer promotion discount of 35% off for accessories, so I called the corporate customer service number while in the store and they spoke with the associate and told them I am eligible for this discount and after hanging up with the corporate customer service, they were even more rude.

HORRIBLE customer service! I was advised by my local store I had to take my phone to a corporate store to be replaced as it had almost caught on fire while charging. Walking into this location I had no clue who was an employee and who wasn't as everyone was dressed the same! (Very casual compared to the Johnstown location.)From the get go Isak(sp) questioned my story, accused me of causing water damage to my phone and generally speaking had NO clue how to help me. His store manager Stephanie not once spoke directly to me or offered her assistance. They didn't have my phone in stock, they had no knowledge of how to take care of a phone with fire damage and told me I had to call customer service myself! So much for a corporate store making things right. Verizon told me they didn't handle the situation correctly and now I have to travel to another store to make it right!

We have had poor customer service at multiple locations. This last visit topped the cake. My husband's phone has a hardware malfunction and your retail associates told my husband they could not help him for four days until our cycle was up. They were rude and unhelpful to my husband. I pay a lot of money every month to have my phone service with Verizon which include he total protection plan and I am very unhappy with the customer service we have received. I am close to switching carriers. I am super thankful my husband did not break down or anything because his phone has been glitching out off and on and is unable to answer the calls. But knock on wood he is safe for another 4 days because your associates couldn't help my husband solve the problem on a phone that needs to be replaced. I've been a customer for 10+ years of Verizon and very displeased with the customer service especially for the amount of money I spend every month.
