The wife and I went in for our upgrades through our jump program. Although my phone wasn't released yet, we walked out happy with our new phones. Brandon was our service representative and answered all of our questions without any problems. The store got a little busy while we were there and made our visit a little longer than it could've been. Not Brandon's fault since he was juggling multiple tasks at once. We even let a customer pay their bill ahead of us while I decided on ordering my phone or going with one in store. His coworkers could've stepped up to check people in and not leave him hanging. That would've made our visit shorter too. Great job Brandon hope to work with you again.

I came into the T-mobile store to purchase an iPhone 8 plus. The service I received in the store was phenomenal! Byron and Dennis were able to answer all of my questions. I was in about out of the store in about 10 minutes. Quick, reliable service, what more can you ask for?

We've previously worked with the T-Mobile store on Wolf Rd and the service at this store (in Crossgates) is exponentially better. Dennis and Steve were phenomenal, helping us choose phones, answering questions, helping us decide on a plan, and then getting everything set up. They were patient and funny. And when my phone wouldn't transfer files onto the new one, they literally spent hours trying to make sure everything transferred. I don't ever want to go to another store. The service here is fantastic and you couldn't ask for better.

I had a terrible experience at this establishment. The store manager named, Drew is not only rude, but also prejudice. T-Mobile should do better at hiring people with actual people skills. I’d suggest finding another T-Mobile store or switching cellular services.

Brandon is such a wonderful help! My phone needed such any easy fix but I had no clue how to do it. Brandon not only helped me out without making feel stupid about it,  he charged my phone for me while I did the rest of my shopping. He definitely gives T Mobile "brownie points"! Thank you again Brandon!
