Spent an hour on the website searching and finding clothes. 1 minute after making the purchase I get an email that the purchase was cancelled because they're out of stock. I got a refund but no apology for this waste of time that could have been prevented if the website accurately reflected what was in stock.

Any individual that wants to pursue a career through this company, I'd advise not to expect to grow within 8110 and in the Albany district. If you are military PLEASE do not apply for this job. You would be possibly asked or persuaded to put in your two weeks even if you have obligated service (Absolutely illegal to suggest ) . Overall , the store needs new leadership. Spreading rumors about individuals and not discussing privately in a close environment is highly UN-professional and not leadership like. Not respecting employees breaks because of meetings that takes 3-4 hours when at least 2 employees are on the floor. Not following guidelines of the company standards ( the reason why the store is always unorganized). I can go on and on , it's all written down in a journal since September of last year. If you want to grow and show your skills to this company I'd suggest you to bring your talents to a different store instead of this one. Honestly if you're overqualified, know your worth and don't expect hours from a store that won't help you grow to the best you can be.
