Excellent experience. Billy in the auto tech department was extremely helpful to say the least. He went above and beyond to correct a warranty issue two other locations had already attempted. He got me in to do the work ahead of my appointment and the looming storm. Courteous, professional, thorough and much appreciated. Faith in Best Buy restored because they were at least capable enough to have Billy. Thank you.

The staff here are always helpful in all departments. They are definitely looking to please the customer and are not pushy. Get the credit card if you buy electronics it has many worth while perks.

Geek squad is a joke. Brought a home theater amplifier in to have a power issue looked at. Was told the only thing they could try was a new cord on it. And they don't service beyond that. Not sure what skill level these "Geeks" have, but I'd say they're basic at best.

Matt in (maybe) electronics is an excellent representation the Best Buy. His knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism is wonderful. My husband and I have had him multiple times and aways goes above and beyond! Cross gates Best Buy

I had a good experience checking out Best Buy's deal on Laptop computers & printers. My salesman, Jacob, was very good! Jacob listened to my questions & concerns, he also provided answers. He was knowledgeable about the products, polite, informative, and professional. Due to his attentiveness I would recommend anyone looking for electronics to check out Best Buy & their products.
