So far I enjoy sprints service... but their stores leave something to be desired.  When I know/have more information than the employees, something is wrong.  Stopped in for some help with a phone, to which after asking me some questions I received no resolve.  They actually sent me to best buy instead, as they have dedicated Samsung 'experts' there.

I will never change to sprint all because of this store. Couple months back I decided to try the iPhone 7 but I ended up returning it because it was to big. The manager that was there at that time said I could try the iPhone SE which was just another version of the iPhone 5 which I originally had. I initially did not want to go for the deal because it seemed like the same phone to me. But they insisted on me trying the iPhone SE for another 14 days and see how I like it. I tried to return the iPhone SE because it just felt like the same iPhone 5 to me. However when I tried to return it there was another manager telling me  I could not possibly return the phone because I was passed the 14 days since when I originally bought the iPhone 7. I was so frustrated. Anyways after days and long waits on the phone with customer service, they ended up only refunding me 499 which was the price of the iPhone SE, but they never refunded me the extra 200 which I originally paid the full price for The iPhone 7. Please avoid this store. Go somewhere where they are consistent with their rules and protocols to avoid issues like this.

Switched from Verizon to sprint and upgraded to the new galaxy note8 all within a week here, extremely good customer service from Victor who hooked me and my phone up with everything I needed and even transferred my old contacts and messages. Would recommend visiting this store its on the first floor to the left of the food court entrance of the mall, can't speak for the other store located in the mall.

This store was one of the main factors of why I decided to leave sprint. Was originally promised BOGO free s7 edge deal back in November of 2016. BOGO deal was never placed and was told a lie each month that it would be fixed when I called into sprint customer service.

When I told Gisela about it, the original rep who started my plan and PROMISED me the deal, she kept saying it would be fixed after she emailed her DM by so and so date. Whenever so and so date came, she never contacted me and I would have to reach out to her to be told another lie and have to wait again. This happened countless times.

Final time I went to this store, she said our problems should be fixed and BOGO deal should be in place.. months later and it still was not. When trying to get ahold her of her, she is conveniently never there so when I called to make an appointment she said “sure, no problem!” Until I told her my name and she called back and said “oops sorry, gotta meeting right now.” Other times I call, reps would even hang up on me mid sentence. Convenient. 

System issues happen and it is understandable, it is her lack of honesty and professionalism that has baffled me. Due to her and many reps I have encountered with sprint who have the same level of customer service as her, I have decided to terminate my plan after a year of being lied to and continue my phone service else where.
