We just got our babies shoes at Journey's Kidz in Crossgates Mall (Albany NY) and the experience was just amazing! We forgot our stroller so I called to see if they could give me the closest entrance and they were very helpful. When we got there, we had no idea what we wanted to buy. The salesman was very knowledgeable. He had a conversation with us about what we wanted and needed in a shoe for them and helped us find the perfect shoe. He was patient with us the entire time and kept my 1 yr old boys entertained. I would highly recommend Journey's Kidz to anyone. Best and easiest shopping experience I've had in a while.
