Muhammed was very helpful in helping me select the perfect furniture for my apartment. He was very patient with me and even though I had to leave early the first time we met, he was able to see me the next day to finalize the sale. He was also very honest and up front about the stores policies and did not try to hide anything. The furniture showed up earlier than anticipated which was very helpful too. I will definitely be coming back to purchase more things in the future.

Over the summer, we looked at Marlo's couches and found several we liked. We decided to hold off until Labor Day to purchase because they had a 50% off and buy one get one deal. This sounded too good to be true. We then found out you could only get one of these deals. Which was fine, though we already had a trust issue with Marlo's because of this. The sales people there all gave us vibes that they would tell us anything to sell us a couch. We didn't want to buy from them because of this, but there aren't many other options in the area. We told the salesman that we needed the couch within four weeks. He told us 2-6 weeks. At 4 weeks, we called to check the status and customer service told us it wouldn't be ready for another 12 weeks. There was the lie we predicted. After a lot of back and forth we decided to cancel the order. Overall, it was not a great experience and I would not shop at Marlo's again.

My salesperson was Mohammad Al Jaboori and he made my visit very comfortable and helped my family as much as he possibly could. Although he did talk a bit and got off track once, we believe there is no better salesperson than Mohammad. My family and I are truly thankful for such a great employee to have assisted us. Also, he stayed by us when we were paying for our furniture and while that may be required, he certainly didn't give off the feeling that he didn't want to be here, instead he walked us through everything and tried to handle everything he could for us probably because he knew we weren't too comfortable with English. Great service!

Don’t waste your money. They will send you defect stuff, and would not accept return. Once you pay, they don’t care because they got money in their pocket! Customer service is horrible! Managers don’t seem to care either, they will give you a number to call. But, when you call the number they will tell you, you are screwed and we won’t fix your problem. Very disappointed! Please don’t waste your money

We decided to go here after purchasing a home and found the dc area is very low with furniture stores when it comes to in person shopping. The labor day deals sounded too good to be true and decided to give it a try on the "buy one room get another free" which in all actuality it was false advertising like spending a 1000-4000 getting it back. But that's another day for the BBB and ripoff report. Onto the purchase. We purchased a living room set. And due to some adjustments itd have to come from the factory which was told by the sales rep (getting commission off our buy,) we would receive it in 2-6 weeks. Which was perfect due to reconstruction and modifications to our home. Well week 4 has passed and decided to call to check the status. We were actually lied to by the sales rep and the customer service which surprisingly was very professional had stated it would be 12 weeks before it would arrive and that the purchases haven't even made it to the factory. In any line of work, the number 1 DO NOT is misinforming or lying to the customer. I'm sure I'll get an automated reply from "owner" about this response, but me as a customer were a victim of false, unprofessional, dishonest, work ethic from there sales team. Don't go here. Save your money and travel and pay a little extra for a furniture store.
