This must have been the worse customer service experience I have experienced while trying to rent a car (although other customers seemed to have good experiences). I am a student in Ann Arbor and was trying to rent a car for my parents. As soon as I mentioned that I did not have a driver's license, the lady on the phone started talking about how they could not rent me a car IMPATIENTLY and HUNG UP ON ME. I tried to explain that I would be the one paying but not the one using the car. But the lady WOULD NOT LISTEN. She literally did not stop for a second to listen to me and DIRECTLY HUNG UP ON ME. What kind of customer service was that??!! I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with Auto Key.

I'm also a student at the University of Michigan (with a license) and I've tried to book a car here a few times. Not once have I succeeded and I would have to say they have, by far, the WORST customer service I've ever dealt with. Ever. Not only do they have a very small number of cars and vans, but when I called to book one well in advance, the woman literally screamed at me about there being no cars, and hung up on me immediately. Terrible customer experience from a really low-budget, unprofessional business. STAY AWAY unless you like being hung up on and yelled at.
