Everyone went above and beyond to help me with problems that the insurance company and a different hertz location created and tried to pass the buck. Moe and Millie are absolutely the best people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. After problems with Ann Arbor’s National location in the past I’ve resigned to use National’s airport location but because of the boardwalk hertz location’s professionalism and dedication to service I will use them as my exclusive car rental provider in the future. Don’t hesitate to rent from here because they truly treat you like family.

HORRIBLE! The office is dusty and dirty and the desk worker was very rude. She called someone on her team and said, "the lady is here for her car...get it." and hung up. She began to shuffle papers and was staring at her computer for a few minutes and I finally asked what the hold up was and she told me I had to wait for the guy to clean the car of snow, get gas and put the license plate sticker on the car...she then tried to convince me to fill the gas tank myself. After waiting 35 minutes, I finally got the car to discover that it was NOT cleaned of snow, the driver who got the gas cleared a little circle on the windshield and that's it. After cleaning the car of 4 inches of snow, I got in the vehicle to see dirty napkins, an old Starbucks stirring stick and a plastic spoon, GROSS. When I returned the car in, the same front desk women snatched the keys from my hands and said she couldn't provide a receipt because they hadn't checked the limits and miles of the car yet- I need a receipt for my job! I suggested she emailed me the receipt and said "Okay. Thanks bye." SHE DIDN"T EVEN HAVE MY EMAIL!!!! So I gave it to her and she said to expect it in the next hour. Well, it is now 5 days later and I have not received an email receipt. I have called her twice and she keeps telling me "Our system is down. It will be to you today. Bye". Unprofessional and rude. I will NEVER go back and I will be telling my company to NEVER use Hertz again along with everyone I work with nationally and internationally.

I've enjoyed the professionalism for several years, and would give five stars except that I just learned today that I can't book for my one-day trip because (according to Hertz 800 representative) there is now a two-day minimum rental period. I'm not shocked, just disappointed, and can only hope that you will change the policy back. Otherwise, I'll slide over to National ...

love this place, everyone was so helpful and accommodating. I will never rent from Enterprise again. the employees here tell you everything up front and don't pull a bait and switch on you like Enterprise does.
