Friendly service, a little under-staffed, could be faster. Another pet pieve is the lack of AMERICAN cars at this location!

The staff is friendly, but this place never has any cars. I make a reservation and then when I show up on time they tell me they don't have any cars yet. So I have to sit and wait an hour or two for an available car. Definitely going to reopen my Zipcar membership.
