My advice would be to carefully follow up on all of your transactions. I was told the $250.00 deposit would "fall right off" upon returning the vehicle on time, providing I used a credit card. I did, returning the car an hour early with more gas in it than I used. Returning on a Wednesday, I called my bank to make the daily payment...the $250.00 deposit was still on there, the whole idea was not to get hit with the interest on that amount. So I called the local office, she was very happy and receptive saying she was glad I caught it. Something on that end didn't get followed through on. She assured me it was then taken care of. So, five hours later, I called my bank to make that final payment, and even a higher amount is now being "held." I called the corporate office. The person there had computer issues, and told me that the deposit takes 3-5 days to come off. Still not explaining the discrepancy. One should not have to put this much effort into making sure a simple transaction is correct. I will be checking into Hertz, or any other alternative.

We rent from this Enterprise location about 4 times a year & have referred family & friends to this location. The staff has always been very helpful & friendly. The cars have been top notch. Just an FYI when detailing the car for the next customer please check fluid levels & maintenance schedule so that oil changes are current & things like wind shield wiper fluid are full so that the customer doesn't need to take care of when renting. Overall great experience with the cars and customer service!

Here is the positive: My rental was under an insurance claim, and I liked the no-hassle processing of the rental, pick-up service for the customers, ability to change the car in the course of the rental, and even the ability to drop it off at a different branch (~50mi away from the original location). The negative was the quality (not the condition!) of the tires of the first car - Ford Fusion. Those were reasonably new tires which provided decent grip only on dry surface. Following light snowfall, the car started spinning and sliding out of control even when making slight turns, and was unable to climb a moderate slope of my driveway. I had traded that Ford Fusion for a Hyundai Elantra at the earliest opportunity. Ironically, tires of lower-class Elantra had much better grip with the road. Three stars is primarily because safety of the customers should be first priority.

Rental was supposed to be covered by dealership while my car was being repaired yet Enterprise still took $230 out of my account, when contacted they assured me there would be a refund within 24 hours and 5 days later and it's still not there. I've contacted the company multiple times and they either assure me that it'll be taken care of or give me a number that takes me back to the main menu. Very disappointed and will not be using Enterprise again. (P.s. still waiting to receive my refund)

Be careful about the insurances they offer. The tablet lets you pick the coverage you want but it prints out that you chose all of them. They did settle and removed ones I know I never pick, but be aware. Thought the Varsity Dealer was picking up the rental as Varsity said they would, but we were still hit with the insurances.
