I don't know what else I can say about Enterprise Car Rental on Washtenaw, East Ann Arbor Mi. My most recent rental was just as pleasant and efficient as always, the crew hasn't failed or disappointed me yet. In the two years that I've utilized Enterprise on Washtenaw every other week on average their always.....always on point, prompt,courteous and considerate of clients time. If I could toot their horn to add anything else about that location. It would be that, I was very impressed that the operation runs just as good with or without the bossy Lil Manager being present. Her staff holds it down. Kayla & Anthony were multitasking while the phones were ringing off the hook they both remained attentive to the customers at the counter and still greeting orhers upon entry. Enterprise on Washtenaw..........IMPRESSIVE!!!!!!     If you rent ..and you don't know about them ...You might be getting short changed elsewhere. 
I delete all promotional offers from Avis. Because i find it hard to beat the overall value of the Service and vehicle selection. I'm telling you....two years straight and I'm still rolling with Enterprise on Washtenaw.....

I was having an awful day trying to work out some details with my insurance company when enterprise picked me up from the auto shop where my car was to be worked on. The woman who picked me up was very kind to me and was patient when I didn't realize I had to put down a deposit from my own personal debit card. I needed to sort things out with my insurance company before getting the rental, for fear of being charged my full deductible. This meant I was going to have to walk a mile in the cold to get to a friends house to get my card. Instead, the guys who work for Enterprise said they would take me! I really appreciate Cody taking me to my destination, so I didn't have to walk. These employees go above and beyond their line of duty to provide exceptional customer service. The care I encountered with them today will make me a loyal, lifelong Enterprise customer. Thank you all.

I had posted my experience. The manager Ashley was very sweet and she helped me and made sure when I came back in everything went smooth. I would give it 5 stars but because of the experience over all and that it happened  I can't.  But Thank you Ashley for everything.

The employees were a pleasure to work with. Very kind and engaging. The car was a bit "high mileage" for a rental at 38,000 miles but it functioned just fine.

I had a very positive experience. I the made reservation online and when I arrived, they had all of my info up and ready to go. The staff was awesome, offered me a bottle of water during my wait for the car to be brought around, and was pleasantly surprised to have received an upgraded vehicle at no additional expense. Recommend them.
