From purchasing a vehicle to having it service here, I have received an outstanding treatment and service. The staff here are friendly, truthful and dedicated to please. The waiting area is clean with comfortable seatings, free coffee and water and most times donuts'. In addition, you get free complementary car wash when you purchase a vehicle from there at any time. Make sure you call ahead as they do such a great job everyone is taking advantage of this service.

The techs here are incredible. We took an older non - Cadillac in for service and were treated with just as much respect as anyone else. Top notch, plus they gave coffee and donuts. That's the way to My heart. Seriously great staff here.

I was car shopping for approximately 3 months. I found a vehicle through the online inventory on the Auto Nation website. When I arrived at the building I was approached by Bruce (salesman). The vehicle I was interested in had been transferred to the Clearwater store. They arranged for the vehicle to be brought to me in New Port Richey for a test drive that same morning. It arrived an hour after my arrival. After my test drive, I wanted to further inspect the vehicle. As per my request, they put the vehicle in the shop on a lift for me. The mechanic, Scott, was very accommodating and kindly removed the tires so I could inspect the brakes, undercarriage, and safety features. He seemed very knowledgeable and gave me confidence that I was purchasing a vehicle from an honest dealership (which are hard to come by). The manager was willing to work with me and met my requests. Although I entered the building with a pre-approval, finalizing the financing took about 15 minutes. Signing the paperwork for purchase took about 45 minutes. Overall, I spent a total of approximately 6 hours at this location. As per my contract, I requested certain maintenance be done upon signing. Within one week I was contacted and scheduled for next day service. The bathrooms were very clean and fully stocked. They provide seating inside and outside in comfortable locations while you wait. I love the free car washes for the life of the vehicle and I plan to use this service regularly. They have a very convenient coffee bar. My only complaint would be that purchasing a car is very expensive and time consuming. Therefore, I feel that they fall short in the waiting area with complimentary snacks and beverages. Perhaps juice boxes for children, individual snack packs, or a coloring/activity center. I have shared my experience with friends and family as an enjoyable one and I highly recommend this dealership and all personnel that I encountered during my visit. They have perfected customer service and should be the standard for all competitors in the automotive industry.
